3. Use of Services
Our Services are intended for personal, non-commercial use. Any commercial use without express authorization from Fidjoo is prohibited.
Users agree to:

All content on our Services (texts, images, sounds, videos, logos, illustrations, compilations, source codes, etc.) are the exclusive property of Fidjoo or its partners.
They are protected by French and international copyright and intellectual property laws.
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution or exploitation is strictly prohibited.
5. Personal Data Collected

- Parent's email
- Parent's first name, last name and date of birth
- Parent's phone number
- Children's first names and ages
b. Automatically collected data
- Technical data and error reports (via Sentry and PostHog)
- Anonymized usage data to improve performance
Fidjoo never records audio or video of children.
Children can only view their stories, which contain generated audio/video elements, but never recorded or stored by us.
6. Use of Data
The collected data is used to:
- Provide and improve our Services
- Personalize stories based on the child's interactions (with parental consent)
- Manage error reports and technical stability
- Communicate with parents, only if explicit consent has been given

7. Data Sharing and Disclosure
a. Service Partners
We share certain data with technical providers (hosting, analytics, security), exclusively for the proper functioning of Fidjoo.
These providers:
- can only use the data within the scope of their mission
- comply with the European Commission's standard contractual clauses
All data is hosted on AWS servers located in Europe.
b. Legal Obligations
We may disclose certain information if required by law or to protect our rights, the safety of our users or others.
8. Data Security
We apply robust technical and organizational measures:
- encryption of data in transit and at rest
- restricted access to personal data
- regular security audits
- backup and recovery procedures
9. International Transfers
Some operations may involve data transfers outside the EU.
In this case, we guarantee an adequate level of protection in accordance with GDPR, through standard contractual clauses.

In case of a breach presenting a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will inform:

16. Minimum Age and Parental Consent
Fidjoo is designed for children aged 5 and up, under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
No child data is collected without explicit and verifiable parental consent, obtained via their email address.
This consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting Ruben Marciano.
